Objectives:To understand the main explanation levels containing the historical and epistemological dimensions of Psychomotricity;
To understand and differentiate the main target population, and the institutional contexts of Psychomotricity at the prophylactic, (re)educational and therapeutic levels;
To know and understand the anthropologic, neuropsychological, and psycho pedagogical foundations of Psychomotricity;
To know and understand the basics of psychomotor intervention methodologies at psycho pedagogic and therapeutic levels;
- To understand the integrating function of Psychomotricity, in the motor, social, emotional and cognitive dimensions;
- To apply the theoretical framework in activities aiming to improve personal reflection about the student’s psychomotor behaviors (self-evaluation, self-analysis);
To understand the expressive meaning of tonicity, posture, and gestures either during spontaneous or intentional activities;
To promote participation in group dynamics (...)

Psychomotricity in Aquatic environment
Evaluation:Continuous assessment
Theoretical assessment (50%)
Lecture/practicals assessment (50%)
Final examination: written and oral exam, when:
a) The student didn’t make the written test in the continuous evaluation;
b) The student got an evaluation inferior to 7,5 in the written test, or in one of the parameters of the theoretical-practical evaluation;
c) The student didn’t have an equal or superior assiduity of 2/3 of presences in the theoretical-practical lessons;
d) The student did not get an equal or superior evaluation to 10 values in the theoretical-practical evaluation.
